Mail Receipt
Axion can provide mail receipt, sortation, and batching for direct mail campaigns or projects involving large volumes of inbound customer response or application forms. We will set up a PO Box to receive the mail for your project and pick it up daily for processing.
Address Correction & Verification
When processing US addresses, we utilize a sophisticated address correction & verification process to assure clients that address information is current, accurate, and deliverable. As each address is keyed, it is instantaneously validated against a database of a current US addresses and normalized to USPS mailing standards.
Geocoding
We will append latitude and longitude to your address records based on the Zip+4. This enables you to determine which of your business locations is closest to each person in your database.
NCOA Processing
To make sure your customer database is up to date, we will have it processed against an NCOA (National Change of Address) database of all address changes within the last 48 months. Your database will be updated with the most current address on record by the Post Office.
Merge/Purge
We can utilize sophisticated matching tools to make sure the data we send you is not already in your existing database. Or, we can purge your current database of duplicates.
